Presley Woods Apartments are 40 fully furnished studio apartments located in DeKalb County for single adults. Presley Woods offers residents affordable independent living and enhanced quality of life.  The residents are people living with chronic mental illness and adults of lower income. Amenities to the property include a club house facility with a reading room, recreation room, exercise room, and laundry facilities all of which are open 24 hours a day.  Private mail boxes are also located in the clubhouse.
		The program also features an exciting schedule of recreational events, and support staff to assist residents with daily living activities and crisis situations. The complex has security in the evening hours and is on the bus line within walking distance of the East Lake Marta station. Rent is established according to resident's income, with base rents beginning at $140 per month.
